1. Acceptance of these terms

CM Remote Panel (the “Software”) and this website (the “Site”) are provided by Complex Mission (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the Software you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software on devices you own or manage. You may not sell, rent, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except where expressly permitted by law.

3. Acceptable use

The Software is intended for connecting to and managing servers you are legally authorized to access. You are responsible for every action performed through the Software, including terminal commands and file transfers or deletions. Using the Software for unauthorized access or any other unlawful purpose is prohibited.

4. Your data

The Software stores connection information and credentials encrypted on your local device; we do not upload or back up this data by default. If you set up account recovery beforehand (avatar menu → Account Recovery) — an offline recovery code, email recovery, or both — a forgotten password can still be recovered through one of those paths. Without either set up in advance, saved credentials cannot be recovered if your password is lost, because the local encryption key can no longer be derived.

5. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is” and is under active development; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software — including data loss, damaged server configurations or business interruption. Please back up before critical operations.

6. Updates and changes

We may release updates to fix issues or improve functionality. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
